Kids to Kids is sponsored through a joint effort between Christ Church / Children's Church and Africa Exchange.

Much of the funding for Kids to Kids comes from individuals and families within the Christ Church / Children's Church congregation. Kids to Kids was started when a member within this congregation began feeding children on the street. The program was later moved to the Westlands church compound and evolved into both a feeding and education program. Christ Church / Children's Church is part of the Anglican Church Kenya (ACK). If you are in the Nairobi area, you can visit the church on Sunday. Children's Church meets at 9am and Christ Church meets at 11am. The church is located on Church Road, in-between Waiyaki and Rhapta Roads in Westlands.

Africa Exchange is a non-profit organization working in Kenya to relieve poverty and promote compassion. The organization began in 1999 and since that time has been involved in many projects involving children and poverty throughout the Nairobi area. Africa Exchange helps to manage the Kids to Kids program in association with a Kids to Kids committee made of members of the Christ Church / Children's Church congregation.
